Recycling & Print Services
In addition to being able to 3D print on a large and small scale with a large range of our recycled materials we can also check your own waste materials and see whether it is possible to use them in the production of your parts. We have done this for a number of big name brands, using their product waste to create sculptures and functional items.

Let’s recycle together

Have a look at some packages that we offer so you can get started on creating value from your waste as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which production methods do you use to create new objects?

We have a lot of different ways to produce any new product. Our team will help you discover which technique is best suited for your application. We will discuss with you what you want to make, from which material, the specifications it needs to have and then walk you through the options. This can be 3D printing, thermoforming, rotor moulding, injection moulding or other techniques.

2. Can you help us choose or source materials as well?

Besides supplying you with our own stock of recycled materials to print or produce your part with,  we also work with clients to determine which materials to integrate into their business to optimize the recycling possibilities at the end of life. Though our partnerships with companies such as Huhtamaki we can help you optimize your packaging, but this doesn’t stop at plastic products. Let us know what you are looking for and let our team guide you through the best options and practices.

3. How many times can you recycle materials?

This depends on what type of material and the application, some materials can be used in closed loop recycling, such asPET soft cups, meaning we can transform the cups back into the same products, where other products such as paper can come back to your company as hygienic paper. Other waste materials can be transformed into 3D printing compounds to showcase an amazing transformation - in which case we take the end of life of these compounds into the scope of compounding.

4. What materials can be used for waste- to-
object product
solutions?

More then you think! We have successfully made compounds of clients waste streams ranging from cardboard(incl. paper cups which are difficult to recycle) to office paper, mattresses, shoe soles, and of course all forms of thermoforming plastic waste streams, just to name a few. Let us know what you are thinking off and we can easily provide you with a feasibility check.

5. Can you help me with designing and modeling of 3D objects?

We are more then happy to, we have a team of designers and 3D print engineers ready to help you look at your designs and transform this into a 3D model, or if you already have one; help you optimize your design for the technique to print this as financially viable as possible.

6. How come we don’t see your name more often?

Our focus is on delivering effective green strategies for our clients through our white label services. Our commitment to their success means that we work hard to ensure their goals are achieved. Because of this, you may not have heard our name as we primarily work behind the scenes to support our clients' brands.

7. Which countries do
you operate in?

We're committed to providing local support to our clients and guiding them through the production process. Let us know your location and requirements, and we'll connect you with our nearest production hub for seamless delivery and support.
